    * Reusable protection masks EN-ISO-05 of 85 washes, equivalence FFP2.
    * Antibacterial EN-14683: 2019 + AC2019.
    * EN-13795 waterproof.
    * Meets all that is specified in the new standard - UNE 0065.
    * Double layer breathable.
    * All tests have taken into account the European Directive on medical devices C EE / 93/42.
    ¹ Filtration of particles 0.3 microns in diameter and larger, equivalent to a filtration efficiency of at least 95%. Complies with current regulations for reusable masks.
    ² It guarantees an adequate tightness to the user's face against the ambient atmosphere.
    ³ In standard washing procedure. Own washing program for masks used in health services. 5 (max. 5).
    The tests have been enabled simulating the areas of greatest friction of a mask for sanitary use. Result: 5 (max. 5).

  • Maintenance and washing instructions

    Technical report to determine the ideal washing process for this fabric, as well as its durability in number of washes.
    The durability is 85 washes under the following ideal laboratory reproduced washes.
    In the washing process:
    - Do not use bleach, it could affect the water repellency of the fabric.
    - Only use antibacterial fabric softener in the last rinse. If it is not bactericidal, do not use any type of fabric softener. If softener is used, it should be free of colorants.
    - Only use pre-wash if the fabric incorporates stains or dirt that would set at the wash temperature. Otherwise it is not necessary to use the pre-wash.
    - Use medium water level in the wash.
    - Washing time: 10 minutes.
    - Washing temperature: lower than 35 o C.
    - Moisturizing detergent.
    - pH: slightly alkaline, not higher than pH 10.
    - Rinse only with water. 4 cycles.
    - The spin time will be conditioned to the revolutions of the washing machine and its K factor.
    - Dryer can be used. This process can be carried out up to 60o C, exceeding this temperature could affect the fabric.
