    1 - If they use inappropriate products or clean with chemical agents, we will not be responsible for the damages they cause
    2 - Stains caused by clothing items (such as dark colored jeans with a few solid tints) will not be a reason for defect in the article

    4 - This personalized product does not admit change or return, in case it arrives in poor condition, it will be repaired or replaced
